Preservation easements provide property owners with exciting ways to secure the future of historic property that can also produce financial benefits. The Preservation Ohio Preservation Easement Program is backed by the organization’s 27 years of unparalleled experience in preservation and real estate, and works for commercial and residential property in Ohio’s largest cities or in small towns and rural areas. The Preservation Ohio Preservation Easement Program, which utilizes financial incentives established by the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Ohio, brings these benefits to as many Ohioans as possible.
